Just back in Chicago after a fun and exciting few months on the road launching my new line at Linens n Things and decorating book, Home Rules. Our whirlwind four day, four city tour in October was quite a trip! Great to meet you all at Linens n Things in Dallas, Miami, Denver and D.C. You’ve got excellent decorating ideas and great taste. It was fun and fantastic to share my new home and bath accessories with you – I loved hearing your design thoughts. (How does that new throw look in the living room? Did those curtains swing the den into shape?)
Next stop November, with book tour stops in New York, Chicago and childhood hometown of Minneapolis. (Did you meet my mom?) I was moved by your support of Home Rules and excited to see how important design is in your lives. Hope you are enjoying your signed copy – it means a lot to know it is on your bookshelf. Fun to think that you’ll be paging through and using the tips, tricks and makeovers to make your home feel special.
