No, it’s not in a glamorous bungalow or chic hotel, it’s in… an office. Not just any office though, we should say: It’s at Kargo, Harry Kargman’s mobile advertising firm. Harry tapped Nate and architectural designer Ahmad Sardar-Afkhami to create an office space to align with the company’s mission: “I wanted to send the message that great design is essential to everything we do at Kargo—that it’s part of our DNA,” Kargman told Architectural Digest.
Clearly, neutral cubicles and stodgy conference tables would not suffice here.
“The space had to be sleek and modern but also warm and organic. It needed to express Kargo’s expertise in cutting-edge communication technology as well its engagement in contemporary culture,” Nate told AD.
