Whether your drink of choice is a Gin & Tonic, Tequila straight up, or just a Shirley Temple, there’s something that everyone can agree on: A drink becomes 50% better when served from a wildly chic bar cart.
Waiting On Martha blogger Mandy Kellogg Rye knows that all too well and has consistently impressed us all with her bold and classic takes on bar style. So we were delighted to see her integrate pieces from Nate’s fall 2016 collection available at Target into her set-up.
She decked it out with gold obelisks and Nate’s white vase to house her collected quail feathers. And bottles of booze have never looked better than they do here, when placed alongside this combination of sheen, texture, and sculptural shapes.
But: that’s not all Mandy did with the collection. Scroll down to see how she incorporated even more pieces into her home…
“The matchboxes in the Starburst Bowl feels very unexpected,” Nate told Mandy and A Bullseye View. “Design needs to be as functional as it is stylish. Pretty bowls and vessels are the key to corralling your stuff and living beautifully.” Notice how she also incorporated the wood studded box for stashing, as she puts it, “the not-so-pretty necessities such as remotes!”
She also brought in pieces like the gold side table and black and rattan ottoman, which gel perfectly with her textured neutral vibe. And Nate-designed pillows, from faux sheepskin to denim studded to geometric with tassels did a beautiful job cozying up her Versailles chair.
“Everything Nate Berkus touches turns to gold,” Mandy wrote, which nicely sums up our own feelings. And for now, we’re going to dream about relaxing with a cocktail in this stunning seating area…
